Montezuma All School Reunion 2010
Dear Copeland, Montezuma, and South Gray High School Alumni and Friends:
Plans are underway for Our School Reunion, June 4th - 6th, 2010! We are asking each graduate to download and complete the forms below and send a $15.00 registration fee to cover expenses incurred prior to the reunion (table and chair rental, letters, postage, etc.) to the following address:

Montezuma and Copeland both have reunion committees with South Gray High School representatives. If you are a graduate of South Gray High School, the Montezuma and Copeland committees have evenly split the South Gray graduates for mailings and registration fees. If plan to attend Our School Reunion, please send your $15 registration fee to the Montezuma Reunion Committee.
Please send in your registration dues by April 30th, 2010.
Each town will host an alumni banquet June 4th, 2010. If you would like to attend the Friday night banquet in Copeland, please complete the attached banquet registration form that says Copeland. If you would like to attend the Friday night banquet at Montezuma, please complete the registration form that says Montezuma.

3:00 – 5:30 PM: Reunion Registration at Copeland Grade School cafeteria
3:30 – 5:30 PM: Reunion Registration at South Gray High School commons area
6:30 PM: Alumni Banquet in Copeland at South Gray Junior High Gym catered by Webb’s BBQ
6:30 PM: Alumni Banquet in Montezuma at South Gray High School Gym catered by Country Catering
Saturday, June 5th
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast at Copeland city building catered by Chris Cakes and sponsored by Montezuma State Bank.
7:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Breakfast at South Gray High School served by South Gray High School students and sponsored by Montezuma Recreation Commission and Montezuma All School Reunion Committee.
9:00 AM – 4:30 PM: The Inventions of Leonardo da Vinci at Stauth Museum. This exhibit was donated to The Exhibition Alliance by the IBM Corporation.
9:00 AM: Parade Registration in Montezuma
10:00 AM: Parade in Montezuma
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Free Will Donation Lunch at South Gray High School sponsored by Montezuma Lions Club 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Games for children of all ages at South Gray High School sponsored by Montezuma Recreation Commission
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Free Swim at Montezuma Pool. Concession stand will be open for swimmers and for people enjoying the events in Montezuma.
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Free Swim at Copeland Pool. McCoy’s Station will be open for swimmers and people enjoying the events in Copeland.
11:30 AM – 5:00 PM: Class Reunions at South Gray High School. Contact Mark Applegate at 620-846-2281 to reserve a room for your class.
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Class Reunions at Copeland School. Contact Cheryl Fleming at 620-668-5565 to reserve a room for your class.
2:00 PM: Coed Sand Volleyball tournament in Copeland. Contact Kelly Unruh at 620-430-0103 to register your team.
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Inflatable games for children of all ages in Copeland.
5:00 PM: Free Will Donation Meal at Copeland City building sponsored by Copeland American Legion. Talent show will take place during the dinner. Contact Megan Fleming at 620-272-1893 to register your act. Belt buckle auction will take place during dinner.
9:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Dance in Copeland with music provided by Grizzleheads. Event sponsored by Copeland Recreation Commission and Montezuma Reunion Committee.
10:30 PM: Fireworks show in Copeland sponsored by City of Copeland and City of Montezuma.
Sunday, June 6th
10:30 AM: Church service with choir at Copeland School Old Gym. Covered dish lunch following church service.
10:30 AM: Church service with choir at South Gray High School in Montezuma. Lunch following church service.
