Solutions to Common Problems:

I will attempt to correct problems that you are having in this space. Check frequently to see if your specific problem is addressed here before you attempt to get help.

Laptops won't turn off - Make sure that you are allowing enough time to let the system fully shut down. Shut the system down and allow a minute or so before closing the laptop lid. If this seems a regular occurrence to you, please take your laptop to Mr. Watkins.

HS Laptop Return

1. Make sure that all parts are returned. This includes:
computer
AC adapter
ducktail plug
extension chord
computer case.

2. You will be required to start the computer in order to verify the working condition of the computer.

3. All equipment will be checked for damage. If there is damage you will be responsible for the
repairs/replacement.

4. It is your responsibility to archive all data to a separate hard drive, optical disk, flash drive, etc.
